The license gives the right to store, process, procure and sell scrap of non-ferrous and ferrous metal.
Licensing body: authorized bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of licensing the handling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The license is valid for an indefinite period.
Territory of operation: throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, however, scrap processing must be carried out at the site declared in the license.
